1. Eligibility for Returns
- Physical Products (T-shirts, Mugs, etc.):
You may return physical products (such as T-shirts, mugs, and other items) within 14 days of receiving your order if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital Products (Downloads): All sales of digital downloads (e.g., printable quotes, digital planner) are final and non-refundable, as these products are delivered instantly.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Products that are customized or personalized (such as custom quote mugs or shirts) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days with the following information:
- Your order numbers.
- The product you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., manufacture defect, wrong item),
- Photos of the manufacture defect (if applicable).
Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping
- For returns due to manufacture defect, or incorrect products, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they have manufacture defect, or the wrong product was sent. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] and we will arrange the exchange.
5. Refunds
Digital Products:
- No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products, we are unable to offer refunds once the order is processed and the download link is provided.
- Exceptions: If there is a significant error or issue with the digital product itself (e.g., corrupted file, missing content), we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of purchase to report the problem.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., item shows signs of use or is damaged not due to our fault), we will contact you to discuss further options.
